ANK is a reputation management company dedicated to boost businesses and add value to companies and institutions’ legacies.
Founded in 2015 by journalist Anik Suzuki, ANK operates nationally and uses their own methodology to measure, manage, and monitor the image and reputation of organizations that seek to reach a higher organizational level, keep the leadership, or expand their market.
Profiting from a wide experience in various industries, ANK has designed strategies to reach the whole production chain of an organization in order to professionalize their relation with the main stakeholders and to develop strategies and guidelines for the protection and betterment of their image and reputation.
Anik Suzuki, the founder of ANK Reputation Boutique Projects, is a specialist in corporate reputation management, image risk assessment and management, crisis management, corporate communication, and leadership preparation.
She took a bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS), an MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral, and a post-MBA at Kellogg School of Management (USA), and has over 20 years’ first-hand experience. During her career, Anik has led a number of projects on business and brand positioning, monitoring and management of image and reputation, corporate communication, stakeholders’ commitment and private social investment, as well as worked as an economics journalist. Prior to starting ANK, she was the Vice-President of Marketing and Corporate Communication in Grupo RBS, where she was took part in the Executive Board and the Editorial Committee.
As a volunteer, Anik Suzuki is the current Director of Fundação Iberê Camargo. She was also the Vice-President of Associação dos Dirigentes de Marketing e Vendas do Brasil – ADVB/RS (2012/2013) and the Director of Junior Achievement/RS (2016/2017). In the third sector, she had a seat in the Avisory Board of Fundação Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho (2015/2017) and of the NGO Canta Brasil (2013/2015).
Renata Rohde pursued a Law degree at Univates (Lajeado), took courses in the University Exchange Program at Instituto Politécnico de Leiria in Portugal, and went on to take an MBA in Business Management at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Over her 15 year-long career to date, she has focused on the management areas and has worked for companies such as Unimed, Construtora Sultepa, and Scalzilli Althaus Advogados, where she was especially involved with relationship projects with both internal and external clients and targeted expansions and new business opportunities. Renata has also been involved in strategic management and human resources implementation.
At ANK, Renata is the professional in charge of the business area, leading the relationship with the clients and the market, besides contributing to the development of ANK’s positioning and expansion strategy.
Magali Vargas has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (RJ) and a master’s degree from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain). She continued her education taking non-credit courses in Institutional and Governmental Relations as well as in Branding at Associação Brasileira de Comunicação Empresarial (ABERJE).
As a professional with a strategic and integrated vision in corporate communication, she has over 12 years’ experience in the area and has worked for both companies and governmental agencies in Brazil and Spain, such as the Consulate of Mexico and the Catalonian initiative Agència per la Competitivitat de l’Empresa (ACCIO 10). Magali consolidated her career in Gerdau, where she was involved with the company’s global image and reputation management. There she contributed to the company’s brand positioning, development of online and offline strategies, institutional advertising, digital reputation, internal communication, and marketing. She also led their corporate relationship management projects with institutional stakeholders on the national and international levels.
At ANK, Magali is head of the area responsible for diagnosis, surveying, and market intelligence, but she also coordinates and develops projects on Reputation Management, Risk and Crisis Management, and Strategic Communication.
Lucia Ritzel earned a BA in Journalism from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), got an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and has over 20 years’ experience in economics journalism, corporate communication, crisis management, internal communication and third-sector organization management.
She was an Economics writer in Zero Hora newspaper for 17 years, covering macroeconomics, business, and finances. Her reports won awards given by Bovespa, Icatu (Economics Journalism), and Associação Riograndense de Imprensa (ARI). In Grupo RBS, Lucia was involved with internal communication and the development of institutional contents for the CEO’s office, the transformation of organizational culture, and succession. In Fundação Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho (FMSS), she was in charge of the Positioning Project, the management incentives provided by Grupo RBS and internal volunteer programs, as well as projects to foster elementary education and institutional flags. Lucia Ritzel is currently a board member of Associação Riograndense de Imprensa (ARI) and a counselor of Fundação Pró-HPS.
At ANK she is a project leader in charge of a portfolio of clients in the areas of Reputation Management, Risk and Crisis Management, and Special Communication Projects.
After earning her degree in Advertising from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a master’s degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, Jéssica Paiva furthered her education taking non-credit courses in the areas of Risk and Crisis Management at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), and Digital Marketing at ADVB.
She has 10 years’ experience with Strategic and Corporate Communication, having worked in advertising both in trade associations and in Grupo RBS, where she focused on image management and business and leadership reputation. Jéssica is a specialist in brand management, institutional communication, and crisis management and has been involved with processes of changing an organization’s culture and projects of corporate social responsibility. She has also led brand positioning projects, advertising campaigns, internal communication efforts, and institutional events.
At ANK she is the project leader responsible for a portfolio of Reputation Management clients and Special Communication Projects.
Altair Nobre earned his journalist’s degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS) in Rio Grande do Sul and his master’s in Journalism for Editors from Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais (IICS) in São Paulo.
He was editor-in-chief of Zero Hora newspaper from 2007 to 2012, where he worked for 20 years, starting as a reporter for the newsroom. Altair was also the editor of magazines Press (2016) and VOTO (2017). He combines his long experience in the printed media with the development of digital communication strategies and new media, including audiovisual productions for interactive exhibitions and the development of websites and multimedia projects. Altair has lectured as visiting professor in the IICS Advanced Program on Digital Journalism teaching how to produce and check internet and social network content as well as given courses in Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM–Sul) on journalistic editing.
Besides graduating as a journalist at Unisinos and earning a master’s degree from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Patrícia Oliveira took non-credit courses in Digital Marketing at ADVB.
She was part of the corporate communication team in Gerdau, working with the press office, crisis management, social media, and heading projects such as the digital positioning of the brand. Patrícia worked for some time in a communication agency, being in charge of assisting customers of various industries such as gastronomy, tourism, entertainment, footwear, and furniture, and coordinated the center of contents production. She also has experience as a reporter in a printed newspaper, covering politics, economics, education, and culture.
At ANK she is a project leader in charge of a portfolio of Risk and Crisis Management clients.
Vinícius Corrêa has a degree in Business Studies from Universidade Estácio de Sá and a post-graduation in strategic controlling from FADERGS.
In his more than 22 years of experience in finances, his previous employers were Bank of Boston, Adubos Trevo, and Grupo RBS.
At ANK, Vinícius is in charge of the Administrative and Financial Department, where he has been involved with administrative, financial, accountancy, and supply matters.
Mariana Azevedo earned her degree in Journalism from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and a master’s degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She also has experience in education and transportation, having worked in the Corporate Communication Department of Triunfo Concepa.
In Communication and Marketing, she took part in internal communication and institutional relations projects. Mariana is experienced in contents production, public relations/press offices, crisis management, and brand reputation management in the media.
Laura Rinaldi has a BA degree with a major in Visual Design and a minor in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), a post-graduation degree in Business Studies form Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a specialization in Graphic Design from the Florence Institute of Design International (Italy).
She has worked with graphic design for over five years, having contributed to the Zero Hora newspaper new design (Grupo RBS). Laura applies her expertise in design to develop institutional communication projects, envision and plan events for both the internal and the external public, manage brands online and off-line, and establish and implement digital marketing strategies, besides developing strategies of storytelling and provision of visual support to presentations.
Marco Chiela earned a degree in Design from ULBRA and took non-credit courses in Branding at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and in Strategic Design at Unisinos (in a partnership with POLI.Milano).
Marco is experienced in branding, such as naming, brand architecture and positioning, besides developing several graphic designs for companies, public institutions, and governments. He worked for 10 years in design studios and companies, collaborating with multibranched teams in brand positioning projects. His designs have received national and local awards such as the one granted by Associação Brasileira de Embalagem (2017) and the Prêmio Bornancini, from Associação dos Profissionais de Design (ApdesignRS) in 2012 and 2014.
Guilherme Barcellos earned both his first degree in Journalism and his post-graduation in Digital Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS). He has over 10 years’ experience in communication, having contributed to companies as varied as Banco Santander, Grupo RBS, and DZ Estúdio, where he produced contents for different departments, such as internal communications, social media, and the press office.
Juliana Baino has a BA degree with a major in International Relations and a minor in Marketing and Business from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), where she also pursued an MBA in Digital Marketing and took non-credit courses in Web Journalism. Juliana furthered her professional education with courses on entrepreneurship and design thinking.
She became experienced in sales strategies and quality control working for companies like Lojas Renner and Dell Computadores. In the corporate communication field, she specialized in digital press and marketing, having contributed to press offices and to Grupo RBS. Juliana has been devoting herself to the development and execution of strategies for digital media focused on brand building and management and has worked with crisis management as well.
Flávia Benvegnú has a degree in Accountancy from FAPA and an MBA in Business Finances from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She has over 17 years’ experience in financial administration, having spent the previous 10 years of her career in Grupo RBS, where she collaborated in various departments, such as finances, budgeting, planning, and control.
